Currently we are looking for a motivated Process Engineer CMOS Integration.
As Process Engineer you take on a key role in developing the semiconductor technologies that will feed the next generation servers and IoT applications. You will contribute to optimizing advanced process development that is critical to the success of our research programs. Your objective is to support and ensure a continuous wafers processing through an increasingly complex and time critical cleanroom environment, act as first line of contact for troubleshooting in case of issues, deliver and provide analysis on high quality inline inspections, failure analysis and metrology steps Your core relations will be with integration engineers and process step experts in order to define the best possible process sequences and approaches. In addition you will also be able to use and interpret metrological data, enabling fast feedback to process development on experimental results. Responsibilities also include process flow set up, process development iterations definition, follow-up and reporting on lot progress. You will be working in the integration support team focusing on interconnect and logic devices programs. You will work in a rotating 4-shifts system (Early / Late / Weekend / night) to support a 24/7 coverage.
We value your Master’s degree in Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics or Electronics as well as your experience in a cleanroom/laboratory.
