Our expertise

Imec is a pioneer in photonic technologies for sensors and diagnostic systems. Imec develops biophotonic chips, integrating miniaturized versions of optical components (eg. such as lasers, waveguides, modulators, photodetectors, filters, ring resonators) in a single chip.
