Compliance analyst & reporting specialist

You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure compliance with these commitments.   

You will be part of the corporate finance team, which is also responsible for external reporting.  

You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment alongside world-class experts. 

What you will do

• Coordinates, follows-up and operationalizes the obligations under the imec covenants: KPIs and other deliverables, government reporting.  
• Sets-up and manages data and databases in order to realize the above. 
• Monitors and safeguards data quality of KPI and other deliverables of the Covenant agreements.  
• Sets-up and manages internal reporting and analytics to realize the above.  
• Takes up an advisory role to the KPI owners (gate keeper).  
• Preparing, coordinating impact measurements with internal and external providers.  
• Coordinate annual report to Flemish government. 
• Supports other external reporting of the (corporate) finance team.

Who you are

• You have a Master degree (or equivalent).
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboarding and corresponding tools. 
• You are communicative and always find ways to seek information. Your communication skills support you in creating and maintaining excellent relationships with internal (like colleagues) and external (like project leaders) stakeholders.  
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. 
• Analytical mind, eye for detail and correctness of data.
• Stress-resistant and able to cope with deadlines.
• Affinity for technology and IT.
