Contract Administrator (temporary assignment via interim)

As a Contract Administrator you will handle the contracts which needs to be signed, strictly following the imec signature procedure. 

The assignment

  • Handle the contracts which needs to be signed, strictly following the imec signature procedure. This for contracts that needs to be signed by imec and counterparty.
  • Put in all related data entry CRM Dynamics.
  • Review contracts for completeness (no legal review).
  • Trouble-shooting in case of questions, issues, escalations.

Required knowledge and skills

  • You have experience with data entry in CRM Dynamics.
  • You are assertive and stress resistant.
  • You have an extreme eye for detail, accurate, and have excellent administrative skills.
  • You are willing to follow the strict imec procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.

Duration of the assignment

  • Until 31/12/2020

Desired start date and work regime

  • Foreseen start date September 1st 2020
  • Work regime can be either full-time or part-time (minimum 80%).
