Device Engineer Advanced Logic Transistors
What you will do
You will be working in IMEC’s Platform Device Research team as device engineer. Our team aims to characterize electrically transistors-based logic for diverse fields and applications.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining innovative device architecture.
- Defining test structures to assess device performances.
- Interpreting electrical data (DC and AC measurements) and providing feedbacks to Integration.
- Defining plans and following them up.
- Reporting project status to management and customers.

Who you are
We appreciate your Master’s or PhD degree, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role and preferably in an industrial environment. We value your deep knowledge in Device physics and some experience in TCAD Simulations and Semiconductor Technology. Your strong organization & planning skills are a huge added value to us. Your ability to communicate complex problems in a manner that also non-experts can understand, is a plus. Since you will be working in a highly international environment and will be maintaining a good contact with colleagues and customers, fluency in English is essential.
