As a junior people data analyst, you will join a highly motivated team providing smart solutions to streamline people & business processes.

What you will do

You are part of our team providing smart solutions to streamline people & business processes.   

  • You will have a driver’s seat in keeping HR data up to date, performing checks for smooth data flows and controls to boost the data quality.  
  • You are keen on using technical solutions like mass-actions, uploads, RPA, and you don’t mind some data entry work neither. At first it will cover the basic employee, job and company structure, but it will quickly expand to more talent-related data. 
  • While contributing to the team’s daily activities and to corporate projects, you get to know the business processes that use the HR data. We will rely on you to help prepare test scenarios and execute them accurately.  
  • Finally, you love to guide end-users (colleagues, employees, and managers) in a new way of working. As part of the Microsoft 0365 community at imec, you stay up to date with new functionalities and encourage HR colleagues to adopt them and facilitate where necessary. 
  • Understanding how things work, documenting it and having it done, makes you proud!

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience. 
  • A first working experience in ICT, HR or software test methods is a plus. 
  • You are eager to understand the imec way of working.  
    • using Cornerstone (talent modules), 
    • SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), 
    • Microsoft O365 suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI & Power Automate...).
  • You are result-driven, reliable, and proud of your work.  
  • Dynamic and accurate is how people would describe you. 
  • Bringing structure and documenting your work goes natural for you.   
  • You have a customer-oriented mindset and master good communication skills; not only by active listening but also by sharing your insights in a professional way in Dutch and English.
