You will be a member of FabOperations within semiconductor technology and systems (STS). As a Litho Process Assistant you ensure the smooth processing on the different litho clusters, including the metrology and needed corrections, to guarantee the process runs within specifications.

The pinnacle of our ambitions as international frontier is our extreme advanced pilot production line. In this experimental production line we create our own developed technological production processes, which are ready to be transferred to large international IC-production companies. We deliver to our customers, the necessary knowledge to produce chips to an increasing number of requirements which result in an innovated production process. To fulfil these goals we have several high tech clean rooms.

What you will do

As litho process assistant you will have the following key responsibilities:

  • You pro-actively act in follow-up and execution of the litho queue
  • You execute CD and Overlay measurements and adjust the metrology jobs when needed
  • You’re actively involved in experimental processing on the advanced litho clusters (KRF, ARF and EUV), defining optimal process conditions starting from initial process conditions
  • You’ll assist in troubleshooting and solving problems
  • You’ll be responsible for monitoring cleanliness of EUV masks and execute the cleaning when necessary.
  • You are co-owner in achieving the different targets set 
  • You will work in a dynamic multidisciplinary and multicultural environment in close cooperation with researchers, hardware and process engineers, industry assignees, tool suppliers, device and process experts

Who you are

  • You have preferably a professional bachelor and at least 3 years of experience or you have several years of hands on experience with litho, CD-SEM and overlay
  • You can work in a fast-paced setting, multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • You have good communication, computer- and organizational skills
  • You take responsibility and ownership
  • You are prepared to work in a full continuous shift system 
  • You are an enthusiastic and motivated team player
  • You speak English and Dutch
