Part-time Management Assistant - Belgian Office (Yess Technologies)

The role is foreseen as a part-time but working hours can be agreed on with flexibility.

Outcomes You’ll be Accountable for Your main goal is supporting the organization in logistic, administrative & financial tasks and actively contributing to a happy work environment. 

Your Responsibilities
Ultimate responsibility:  

  • Administrative and logistic support of the organization 

Getting there by: 

  • Assisting in daily administrations: HR administrations, agenda management, travel arrangements, reception of clients/partners, facilitating meetings, managing office supplies and catering 
  • Processing invoices and supporting financial reporting  
  • Small & occasional marketing related tasks (i.e. arrange for small events, materials, be the face on a booth) 


  • Stepping in early in this organization, gives you the unique opportunity to take a leading role in your domain of strength or desired personal growth

Your Soft Skills, Traits & Competencies You are a rock in the middle of the storm. You are easy for other people to connect with and ask for help. You have a creative approach to problem-solving. Being particularly self-started, you do realize when to ask for management buy-in. You are discrete and reliable with the sensitive information you handle of the company and your teammates. 

Your Technical skills & Qualifications You are fluent in both Dutch and English (speaking & writing). You can work easily with Excel, PowerPoint. You either have experience in or you are a quick learner when it comes to basic invoice handling and working with online accounting software. Your experience in financial reporting for grants (i.e. Vlaio) will be highly appreciated as a plus.
