Empowering Efficiency: Elevating Processes with Heat Pumps and Accessories 

The thesis titled "Process Optimization of Heat Pumps and Accessories for the imec tower in Leuven" aims to address the existing challenges posed by the inadequate heating system within the imec tower. This study endeavors to analyze the functionality of the current heating system and explore opportunities for enhancing its performance through the integration of heat pumps and associated accessories. The research will involve a comprehensive examination of the heating system's operations, identifying key shortcomings and inefficiencies. By investigating various heat pump technologies and compatible accessories, the thesis seeks to propose feasible and sustainable solutions to optimize the heating process, ultimately ensuring a more reliable and efficient system for the imec tower in Leuven.
