Therefore, a transition from animal proteins to plant-based proteins is vital. At OnePlanet Research Center we are growing our food processing research line which aims to develop sensing solutions for measuring protein quality and composition. As a Protein Researcher, you are playing a central role in the development of these solutions. You have the domain knowledge to define a strategy for protein quality and composition monitoring in liquid food product streams and ingredients.
