What you will do

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a crucial part in our team by: 
  • Executes in an accurate manner tasks concerning both the physical handling and administration aspect of goods that are received, stocked, delivered to internal customers and shipped to external contacts. 
  • Each warehouse clerk has a focus on one of following domains, but flexibility in switching between domains is required, Flexible work hours and work schedule is subject to task specific based on weekly planning of the management, 
  • Receipt of goods: physical receipt and registration of incoming goods (PTO and PTS) check quantity, inspect goods for outer damage and report possible issues to supervisor 
  • Storage of goods: make sure that goods are stored and registered in the appropriate location, take care of stock counting 
  • Cleanroom/Lab supply: check stock of standard goods in the cleanroom and ensure sufficient and timely supply within shelf life and register accordingly. Replenish cleanroom consumables and chemical daily and deliver the internal customer orders to the point of use. 
  • Contribute the cross functional/warehouse projects 
  • Proposes improvements with respect to the daily tasks 
  • Ensures cleanliness and order in the warehouse, and strictly follows all safety instructions

Who you are

  • You work efficiently, accurately and neatly and have an eye for safety 
  • You are energetic, not afraid of physical work and have a great sense of responsibility 
  • Your team spirit guarantees a flexible working arrangement 
  • A few years of experience and/or (technical) training will help you adapt quickly to the job 
  • You speak fluent Dutch and knowledge of English. A certificate for operation of an electric stacker and forklift driving license is a plus. 
  • You preferably have several years of experience in administrative processing, experience with SAP/ERP is a plus. 
  • You will be part of an experience and dynamic team in which you can further develop yourself.
