Converting solar energy to valuable fuels

Photoelectrochemical processes at metalized semiconductor and semiconductor junctions can be engineered for efficient production of hydrogen by eletrolysis of water. In this thesis, we will explore the use of photovoltaic cells for the fabrication of photo-electrochemical cells.
