Photolithography gives smaller OLED pixel size (2% of mm) than possible via deposition for proper virtual/augmented reality displays but some challenges need to be overcome.

Electrical and optical measurement and characterization of Organic LED devices. Precisely aligning the optical measurement system, checking and ruling out experimental errors, acquiring excellent data.

Knowledge & skills preferred: Knowledge of semiconductor optoelectronics and optics, experience of precise optical system alignment. Patient and determined experimenter sought.

We offer: Experience working with state-of-the-art OLED devices (including TADF) in a world-class institute working towards use in virtual/augmented reality 8K resolution headsets. Supervision by an experienced native-English speaking postdoc to help you write a successful Master thesis.
