Innovation center in nanoelectronics and digital technologies
Multidisciplinary collaboration between people and organizations is a key component of groundbreaking innovations. Our Eindhoven location on the High Tech Campus is a cooperation between TNO and IMEC, which operates as Holst Centre. In Wageningen we are now building the brand new OnePlanet Research Center which is a multidisciplinary collaboration agreement between Wageningen University & Research (WUR), Radboud University, Radboudumc and imec The Netherlands. When multidisciplinary cooperation in an innovative research environment is important then HR has the fantastic challenge to build and maintain the perfect platform for our employees to flourish!

What you will do
In this position you hold strategic responsibility for the successful operations of all HR matters in The Netherlands. Of course, you are both part of the imec The Netherlands Management team as well as the HR Staff of imec international. You work together with a small HR-team with whom you collaborate to achieve HR specific KPI’s and targets. Your team closely interacts with research management, internal stakeholders like Works Council and external suppliers for HR, Legal and contract matters. You report to the MD of imec The Netherlands and functionally to the CHRO of imec international.

Who you are
We are eager to know your vision on and relevant experience in Human Resource Management. Ideally, you combine a University degree in HR or comparable with experience in an international and highly technological organisation. You have strong interpersonal skills which allow you to be successful in an international high-tech environment. You have a passion for HR and the development of people and organisations. Furthermore, your expertise and management skills are essential to successfully take up this role. You communicate effectively in English but must be fully proficient in Dutch as well. You can translate your vision into tangible results.
