Process Integration Engineer Image Sensors
What you will do
IMEC CMORE Technologies offers companies to develop and fabricate customized specialty microsystems. Such microsystems cannot be produced in standard CMOS technology. We have added platforms to process various CMOS imagers to make this possible: Hyperspectral, backside illuminated, embedded CCD, MEMS and NEMS, photonics and microfluidics chips. We are able to tune our technology to the demands of the customer. We develop the technology flow for both prototypes and low-volume production.
You will be working in imec’s Advanced Imager Integration (AII) team as process integration engineer. Our team aims for innovative imager technologies for diverse fields and applications.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing new process schemes for novel pixel designs and process modules optimization;
- Process upscaling from die to wafer level;
- Trouble-shooting problems and leading x-functional teams towards solutions.
- Preparing process split tables;
- Preparing and follow-up of project plans;
- Documenting work and generate IP as appropriate;
- Coordinating activities with Imec’s designers;
- Communicating project progress to IMEC management and imec partners;
