Senior Researcher, Analog & RF IC Design
Imec USA nanoelectronics design center, inc, is searching for a Senior Researcher, analog & rf ic design. Will be engaged in the innovative design of analog & radio frequency (rf) integrated circuits (ic) and methods for future radar and communication systems on chip (soc). Will design key analog, mixed signal, rf & millimeter-wave functional blocks; state-of-the-art ics as part of an ultra-low power wireless system; lead the design of multi-disciplinary aspects like the implementation of mixed-signal system loops such agc (automatic gain control) and cfo (carrier frequency offset) & other calibration loops; drive the bottom-up evolution of analog & rf circuit design taking technology scaling & changing device characteristics into account; work with the rf ic design team members to create new
ideas & methods; interact with external partners & new prospects; coach & mentor junior members of the rf ic design team in order to grow the company's talent, the quality of work & the innovation produced. Master’s degree & 5 years of experience in Analog & RF IC Design is required.
