Discover how NanoIC’s IGZObased eDRAM PDK can accelerate your nextgeneration memory designs in a oneday workshop 

To encourage adoption and hands-on exploration of NanoIC’s recently launched embedded DRAM PDK, NanoIC will also host a dedicated workshop on May 26, 2026.  

This workshop introduces the key foundations, materials, design principles ad potential applications behind NanoIC’s IGZObased eDRAM PDK.  

Throughout the day, participants move from the broader memory landscape to the practical implementation of eDRAM architectures in advanced technology nodes, covering oxidesemiconductor fundamentals, device behaviour, reliability, and designtechnology cooptimization.
