Bart Placklé, VP Automotive, will present:
The automotive industry faces customer demand for ADAS, autonomous driving, and advanced infotainment, all of which require high-performance computing. Monolithic chip designs cannot easily provide the proper balance of performance, safety, reliability, and cost. Chiplet-based architectures offer a modular, scalable, and cost-effective solution, enabling faster innovation and flexible platforms for diverse workloads. imec’s vision for next-generation automotive compute is the Automotive Chiplet Program, a collaborative research initiative bringing together industry leaders to define standards and accelerate chiplet adoption.
