The European Phase Change and Ovonics Symposium (E\PCOS) will once again bring together the international community working on phase-change and ovonic materials and devices.

E\PCOS 2026 will showcase the latest advances, from fundamental materials research to innovative applications, and provide a forum to exchange ideas across disciplines. Topics include phase-change memories, selector devices and selector-only memories, as well as emerging directions in neuromorphic computing, photonics, and plasmonics.
