Non-Volatile Memory Technology Symposium
Fascinating discoveries and technological advancements in recent years have paved the way for new and competitive non‐volatile memory (NVM) designs. At NVMTS 2023, invited representatives from all branches of memory technology in both industry and academia will present state‐of the‐art research and provide critical insight into future challenges for both existing and emerging technology.
NVMTS is the eminent forum for exchanging information on non‐volatile memory and we aim to create an interactive environment for discussing the most critical aspects of advanced memory technologies that will benefit everyone involved in this field, from graduate students to seasoned industry researchers.

Leuven, being the capital of the Flemish Brabant Province, offers a variety of accommodation options. Among them, some are situated near the historic city center, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from imec and is well connected by very frequent bus services. To avail the discounted price, participants are kindly requested to reach out to the respective places and mention 'IMEC' when making their reservations.

Brussels International Airport (BRU) is the main hub for air travel in and out of Belgium which serves more than 200 destinations worldwide. The airport is located 25 km west of Leuven. A direct rail connection links Leuven (also known as Louvain) and the airport and takes only 15 minutes. Private Taxi and UBER options are also available from the airport to Leuven.
Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CLR) is located about 46 kilometers south of Brussels city center and primarily serves budget airlines to several European destinations. A shuttle bus service links Brussels city and the airport.
Brussels Midi (also known as Brussels-South or Brussel-Zuid) is one of the major railway stations in Brussels, connecting Brussels with various domestic and international destinations. High-speed trains like Thalys, Eurostar, ICE operate from this station, providing fast connections to cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Cologne, Frankfurt and more. Domestic trains directly connect Leuven and Brussels Midi, with a travel time of approximately 30 minutes. One can board the train from Brussels Central and Brussels Nord train stations as well.
IMEC, situated around 4 KM away from Leuven station, is well connected by bus services. Bus numbers 2, 7, 8, 9, and 616 provide direct routes, ensuring a swift journey of just 15 minutes. Private Taxi and UBER options are also available.
