With its 58th annual conference being held in 2026, SSDM is one of the most reputable international conferences regarding science and technology in devices and materials. Twelve areas have been set up to facilitate active discussion among academia, industry and government. SSDM2026 will be held onsite in Nagasaki, Japan, and all presentations, including invited talks and contributed papers, are expected to be given in person.
