OrChESTRA

​Microfluidics technology has become an important tool for diagnosis by facilitating the handling of minute amounts of biological fluids. Moreover, it has been integrated into the operation of various devices such as organs on a chip, which serve as tissue biomimetics for studying biological processes and screening drugs. The EU-funded OrChESTRA project focuses on incorporating microfluidics technology and advancing related research capacity at the METU MEMS Center in Turkey. OrChESTRA is a collaborative effort with partners in Netherlands, Belgium and Germany that will help METU MEMS Center acquire the necessary expertise and infrastructure for research in the field.
