Automated Recipe Creation for CPI
  1. We will share a set of design coordinates of certain target designs.
  2. Using the original design file we provide, you will clip the relevant design regions  with Calibre/Klayout.
  3. You will generate a .txt file containing the positional coordinates and convert it into KLARF format.
  4. You will develop a GUI-based application in which the user inputs coordinates and the tool automatically generates the corresponding KLARF.
  5. We will validate the KLARF by collecting optical images at the specified locations.
