coera Ista: Design and Development of a Stationary Multi-Sensor Enclosure for Workcell Monitoring

Master internship - Brussel | Just now

coera Ista brings reliable environmental perception to the workcell through a stationary wall-mounted multi-sensor enclosure designed for smart, safe, and responsive automation.
Coera Ista is a stationary multi-sensor enclosure designed for installation on the wall of a robotic workcell. The system integrates multiple sensors into a compact and robust housing that enables continuous monitoring of the workcell environment from a fixed position. Unlike robot-mounted sensing solutions, Coera Ista provides stable and dedicated environmental perception without adding weight or complexity to the robot itself. The project focuses on the design and manufacturing of the enclosure, with emphasis on structural integrity, sensor integration, installation practicality, and suitability for intelligent automation and safety-oriented applications.
