Litho Process Engineer
We are looking for a process engineer to work in two
shifts (early/late) as part of litho process development team at imec. The
candidate is expected to create recipes for exposure and post-litho metrology
and support several integration projects.
The assignment
You are responsible for:
- Setting up litho processes on different scanners
- Post-litho CD and overlay metrology recipe creation and measurements
- Documenting and transferring the learnings to litho group and others relevant
Required knowledge and skills
- Master degree in material science, nano technology,
physics or any other relevant field.
- 1-3 years of lab or cleanroom
experience.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing with knowledge of
lithography would be an asset.
- Be able to work on your own and eager to take
initiative and responsibility.
- You are an enthusiastic team player who can
influence, engage, and motivate others.
- Self-motivated, innovative, results
driven.
- To allow you to function in this multicultural environment you are fluent
in both written and spoken English.

- Leuven: Please note that working from home is not possible for this position, as the nature of the tasks involved requires being physically present in the office.
