Phase regularization in the COMSOL simulations

Master internship - Leuven | Just now

Studying the phase relationship in coupler-based devices to gain a full understanding of the COMSOL 3D simulations.
A rigorous approach to inverse design requires a comprehensive formulation of modal field phase behaviour in COMSOL 3D simulations. Within this scope, the intern is expected to work with a set of representative sample simulations to investigate and develop methods for effectively regularizing phase behaviour.

Type of internship: Master internship

Duration: 5 weeks

Required educational background: Electrotechnics/Electrical Engineering, Physics
