Program Manager – IC-Link ASIC  

What you will do

As Program Manager for IC-Link ASIC, your role is to make things happen. You will have the end-to-end ownership of ASIC development and manufacturing programs from the concept phase up to end of life of the ASIC, ensuring every milestone is met on time, with quality and within the assigned budget.  Your focus: ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction by driving collaboration across teams and sectors, removing blockers, and keeping execution fast and predictable. By applying agile practices and leveraging IC-Link’s position as a VCA partner, you will deliver high-quality silicon and accelerate customer success.  Moreover, you will support the Business Development team in developing further the business at the accounts you are working for.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead ASIC programs from specification to end of life of the ASIC. 
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between RTL, DV, PD, DFT, test, packaging, quality, and supply chain teams. 
  • Implement agile methodologies to accelerate design cycles and improve predictability. 
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality silicon. 
  • Act as the primary interface for Program Management matters between the customers, IC-Link, expertise centers, and external partners. 
  • Profit & loss responsibility for the assigned programs 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and any other customer-wide initiative meant to improve customer satisfaction 
  • Support the Business Development team in the account development effort

Who you are

  • Proven experience in ASIC program management or semiconductor project or program leadership. 
  • Strong understanding of ASIC design and manufacturing flow and tape-out processes. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to implement agile practices in hardware development environments. 
  • Strong business acumen
