Project Manager Automotive Sector
What you will do
As Project Management, you play a key role in the project management in the Automotive sector. You will help to build up an efficient project management organization, initiate and drive improvements, foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and make sure you create the right environment for your team to deliver the strategy. Your talent for fostering a strong cohesion and motivating the team will be crucial to driving success and achieving collective goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project initiation process
- You implement and operationalize the project initiation process in the Automotive Sector via a funnel process
- Project portfolio resourcing
- Together with the operational managers, you will monitor the performance and resources of your projects from a forward looking perspective for ongoing and new projects
- Project portfolio execution
- You sign off on deliverables
- You ensure compliance to PM process and work instructions
- You enable the projects to perform within the agreed triple constraint
- You minimize revenue at risk
- You proactively manage changes, drive the acceleration of your project activities when require, escalate showstoppers or issues within the organization and to the customer, and help provide solutions.
- You seek constant improvements in both the quality and learning speed of your project. We will count on you to bring new ideas and help implementing them.

Who you are
- Are passionate about the Automotive industry and the chip technology to drive this ecosystem to the next level
- Have experience in project management and/or proposal writing. This includes collection of information, logical ordering of ideas and milestones. Building and following up execution plans,
- Have proven presentation and relation skills towards customers;
- Demonstrate a clear sense of ownership with a strong drive for growing your program;
- Like taking initiative, you are persuasive and assertive while keeping a constructive attitude;
- Have excellent communication skills in English that you will use to interface with internal and external customers;
- Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural team;.
