Test & Qualification Engineer (temporary assignment)
The assignment
- Prepare the Qualification plan
- Coordinate the execution with the Imec suppliers
- Be the interface with the supplier, Test House and the customer
- Create report and presentations to the customer
- Write the Qualification report
Required knowledge and skills
- Qualification Strategy, Mission profile
- Knowledge of the main Qualification Standards (ESCC-9000, AEC-Q100, JESD22, JESD47, MIL-STD-883)
- Knowledge of ASIC testing concepts
- Knowledge of Radiation tests (total ionizing dose (TID) and single event effects (SEE) radiation tests)
- Knowledge on statistical analysis and process capability analysis
