Next to your monthly salary, you are entitled to a holiday allowance and a 13th month salary, which results in an annual salary of 13.96 months. You can enjoy a day off during Dutch national holidays.

Imec helps you with your relocation to the Netherlands for you and your family, including applying for visa, finding housing and moving services. We also support your settling-in process by offering Dutch courses and helping you find your way to a doctor and a school for your children.

We care about your wellbeing at imec. Therefore, we organise wellbeing workshops. To stimulate the wellbeing we use an online platform, Mindlab, where you can get more insights in managing with stress, time management or mindfullness.
We also stimulate healthy habits for example, with a bikeplan, where we compensate (part of) the costs to purchase a bike, organise a weekly bootcamp & offer fresh fruit in the office. On all sides there are different walk possibilities & it is accessible by bike. Next to that you can charge your electrical bike or car.
