Our expertise in nanopore technology

Leveraging its widely acclaimed CMOS processing expertise and infrastructure, imec develops and manufactures silicon nanopore FETS for single-molecule sensing (DNA, RNA, proteins).

Integrate our nanopore technology to enable high-throughput, label-free DNA sequencing.  Combine solid-state nanopores with photonic waveguides to achieve extremely high sensitivity.
