ASIC Supply Chain Solution Manager

What you will do

As a Supply Chain Solution Manager for Full Turn Key production within imec.IC-link, you will serve as the critical interface between international customers and our ecosystem of semiconductor foundries, assembly houses, and test facilities. You take up responsibility for the full production, planning and on-time-delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Overall planning related to wafer production, assembly, and test activities.
  • Defining the supply chain flow and managing the official handover of projects from the engineering team to the production team.
  • Monitoring production milestones and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Aligning with the Production team lead on project status and priorities.
  • Monthly alignment with sales, account managers, and team lead on customer forecasts and subcontractor capacities.
  • Daily follow-up and update of production deliveries using IMEC’s WIP (Work-in-Progress) database system.
  • Reviewing incoming purchase orders from customers and generating corresponding purchase orders for subcontractors.
  • Coordinating global shipments to subcontractors and end customers.
  • Managing complex projects involving dynamic customer rolling forecasts and evolving subcontractor capacities.

Who you are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • You bring 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • You are highly organized, accurate, and proactive, with strong skills in production planning, supplier coordination, and customer communication.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and enjoy working closely with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
