Executive Management Assistant
What you will do
In this job, your responsibilities are:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Senior Vice President Legal & Compliance and her leadership team.
- Provide support for the team meetings (prepare agenda and presentations, keep minutes, ...) and digital workspaces of the teams.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Compliance & Legal Office, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Support dedicated projects by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Professional independent communication with various internal and external contacts.
- Follow-up on various operational and administrative tasks (stock management of office supplies, desk and pc allocations, logistic onboardings of new employees).

Who you are
- You have minimum 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a compliance or legal environment.
- You get energy from supporting others and taking planning and organizational tasks out of their hands.
- You thrive when you can multi-task and manage to keep priorities and calm in situations of peaking workload.
- You have a positive, no-nonsense mindset and enjoy improving existing ways of working.
- You can prioritize your work, are assertive in a diplomatic way and can work autonomously.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- You handle confidential information with discretion.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/ PowerPoint/Excel), SharePoint, One Drive, Teams and are interested in constantly improving your skills in this regard.
- You want to work full-time or 80%.
