Junior Finance accountant 

Your Role

As a Junior Finance Accountant, you will support a wide range of administrative and financial processes. You enjoy working accurately, you communicate clearly, and you take ownership of your tasks. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Create and manage internal and external shipments in line with operational requirements.
• Create sales orders within our administrative systems.
• Manage the shared finance mailbox:
  
  • categorize incoming requests
  • assign messages to the correct agent or team
  • follow up where needed
• Support event and patent invoicing, including preparation, creation, and follow‑up.
• Provide general administrative support within the Finance department when required.

Your Profile

• You have an initial experience in finance, accounting, administration, or a related field.
• You work with high attention 
• you work detailed and maintain structure in your tasks.
• You are eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• You have good communication skills both in English as in Dutch
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is considered an asset.
• You enjoy both independent work and collaboration within a team.
