Management Assistant (Temporary assignment)
Contribute to the smooth functioning of Imec’s Compute System Scaling (CSS) department by providing administrative and organizational support.
The assignment / De opdracht
Manage and monitor the agendas of the directors.
Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, conferences, business trips, business lunches & dinners, project & team events, etc.
Support the managers and team members in financial processes (ordering, invoice handing, memberships).
Perform various operational and administrative tasks (order & stock management of stationery, desk- and pc allocations)
Act as go-to person and provide solutions for general support, advice, questions and needs.
Required knowledge and skills / Vereiste kennis en skills
You have excellent organizational skills, you can multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
You are hands-on and stress resistant (able to work autonomously and take initiative)
You can connect well with others and can easily build a relation of trust.
You have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and in writing) - Dutch is a plus.
You are proficient with Microsoft office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Teams), SharePoint, One Drive – experience with Power BI/SAP is a plus.
