As a Manager of B2B Digital Platforms, you will lead a team of software experts and lead the definition of the solutions meeting the business requirements.

What you will do

  • Manage the lifecycle of a portfolio of platforms managing our customers and providing them with digital services. Examples are the B2B Customer Portal, CRM tools and publication tools.
  • Liaise with the business development, legal and marketing teams managing our chip design ecosystem, to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Establish the optimal solutions taking into account feasibility, time constraints and costs, with support of your team of experts and your broader ICT colleagues (such as architects, data engineers, cloud etc…).
  • Build expertise in portal architecture and business process automation across platforms.
  • Lead a team of technical analysts, service owners, architects and delivery managers.
  • Craft the long-term technical roadmap, budget and software implementation plans for the portfolio.
  • Drive complex buy/build decisions, taking innovative software solutions into account.

Who you are

  • You possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably leading digital platforms in B2B.
  • You have a track record in taking difficult buy/build decisions with a horizon of 5+ years.
  • You have extensive knowledge of digital B2B platforms and technical solutioning across back-ends and front-end workflows, with a track record of defining technical roadmaps.
  • You possess strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • You easily build strong relationships with leaders managing the B2B business line, so that you become their trusted advisor for all issues related to software solutions.
  • You have sourced 3rd party software solutions and implementation consultancy services, participating in procurement processes and delivery with external service providers.
  • You are a quick learner, able to grasp new environments and new technologies quickly. You have an interest and affinity with the semiconductor world.
  • You have a track record in bringing innovative solutions into live environments.
