We are happy to announce multiple openings for Integration Engineers at various seniority levels, including expert-level Principal Member of Technical Staff positions, within the pathfinding 3D integration department of imec. This department leads cutting-edge R&D activities, including exploratory pathfinding for next-generation applications.

If you are joining on a more junior roles, you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through the integration engineer training program and support you during your first months in the role. The mentor will introduce you to imec's activities, teach you everything you need to know to excel in your role.
For expert-level roles you will provide technical leadership and strategic direction for advanced 3D integration programs. This role combines deep technical expertise, cross-functional influence, and program-level ownership to drive next-generation semiconductor integration solutions from concept through validated silicon.
