Administrative Recruitment Coordinator

What you will do

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’re the director behind the scenes of every great hire. You’ll support our Recruitment partners from the first casting call (job post) to the final curtain call (onboarding). Your mission? A fast and smooth hiring experience thanks to your organization and coordination skills.
Here’s what your script looks like:

  • Spread the word: You’ll publish job openings across the best channels—social media, job boards, networks, and recruitment agencies. You’re the voice that tells the world, “We’re hiring!”
  • Guide the journey: You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and friendly hiring experience from start to finish—whether they’re local or international.
  • Master the schedule: You’ll coordinate interviews (online and onsite) and assessment centres, making sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time, and our e-recruiting system is up to date. For our international candidates, you arrange travel and accommodation as part of their onsite interview experience.
  • Seal the deal: You’ll draft employment contracts, follow up on signatures, and kick off onboarding. Another talent hired—thanks to you!

Who you are

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Office Management or equivalent, with at first experience in an administrative focused job.
  • You’re passionate about HR administration and love keeping things organized.
  • You’re proactive, accurate, and customer-focused—with a knack for prioritizing.
  • You’re stress-resilient and have a can-do mentality.
  • You’re tech-savvy with Office 365.
  • You speak fluent English and communicate professionally. Dutch is a plus.
