What you will do

Do you thrive on connecting brilliant minds with exciting opportunities? If you're passionate about finding the thinkers, builders, and innovators of tomorrow, we’d love to hear from you!

  • You’ll join our dynamic team of talent detectives—also known as Talent Recruitment Partners—on a mission to find the best and brightest for imec.
  • You connect regularly with business managers to advise them on all talent attraction topics, from case-based to strategic topics. You become an indespensible part of their internal network for talent related matters.
  • You’ll launch search missions based on imec’s evolving staffing needs.
  • You’ll tap into the most effective channels—social media, job ads, professional networks, and beyond—to connect with top talent worldwide.
  • You build and foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and represent imec at tech events and job fairs. 
  • You guide the candidates that you have scouted through imec’s selection process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact to final decision.
  • You’ll contribute to our ongoing talent acquisition initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, employer branding for academic talent, and continuous process optimization.
  • You will be working from our headquarters in Leuven.

Who you are

  • You have experience in recruitment of international talent, preferably in the semiconductor industry. 
  • You know how to find and select the best talents , even challenging ones.
  • You effortlessly build strong relationships with business managers using your stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. 
  • You successfully balance customer-focus with assertiveness. 
  • Your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple job openings, candidate pipelines, and recruitment processes efficiently at the same time while not losing sight of important details.
  • You can analyze the market of potential candidates and know how to source them in a creative way.
  • You speak English fluently and know how to communicate convincingly in a multi-cultural environment.
