Student project: Serialization Techniques for Embedded Systems in Resource-Constrained Environment

Analysing available solutions and benchmarking Serialization Libraries for Sensor-Based Embedded Systems in Resource-Limited Environments, focussing on code size, memory usage, latency, computational efficiency, scalability, portability. 

What you will do

• Theorical study on available serialisation solution
• Selection of most promising serialisation libraries
• Benchmark selected serialisation libraries
• Recommend utilasation of serialisation techniques

Who you are

You are a passionate and motived student, you are:

• A BSc or MSc student (HBO or WO) enrolled at a Dutch educational institution; Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embeddded Systems or related
• Proficient in C or C++, familiar with Python
• Familiar with development tools and processes, such as GIT, JIRA, UML, Agile/SCRUM
• Pro-active and eager to learn
• Enjoying working in a team
