- Drive production and supply planning, translating customer forecasts and demand into executable plans while considering manufacturing lead times, supplier capacity, material availability and other supply-chain constraints.
- Coordinate capacity and priorities with external manufacturing partners, including foundries, OSATs, test houses and other key suppliers, and work with internal stakeholders to manage allocation decisions, priorities and supply constraints.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by driving effective processes, monitoring KPIs and performance for areas such as on-time delivery, lead time, WIP, forecast adherence and planning accuracy. Promote increased automation, data-driven decision-making and effective use of digital planning tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, Program/Project Management, Business Development, Finance, Quality and other Operations teams, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical readiness, supply availability and delivery commitments.
