HR Workplace Experience & Engagement Specialist 

What you will do

  • Translate imec’s workplace vision into HR impact: Create spaces and programs that support hybrid and flexible working, with a focus on well-being, collaboration, and community building. 
  • Guide teams through change: Facilitate team agreements and help employees adapt to new ways of working and office design. 
  • Develop HR-driven initiatives: Design processes that foster a consistent workplace experience and a hospitality mindset. 
  • Leverage data and best practices: Drive continuous improvement using HR insights, employee feedback, and industry trends. 
  • Manage vendors and hospitality: Oversee catering and hospitality services with attention to quality, sustainability, and budget KPIs. 
  • Support global consistency: Ensure workplace transformations across international sites align with HR standards and culture.tc.

Who you are

  • Experienced in HR, workplace strategy, employee engagement, and/or hospitality management. 
  • Skilled in change management, communication, and project management. 
  • Innovative, solution-oriented, and sustainability-minded. 
  • Passionate about creating workplace experiences that enhance employee well-being and performance. 
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset.
