What are the travel regulations for foreign employees of contractors or subcontractors to enter imec site?
If contractors or subcontractors work with foreign employees, they must ensure that these employees have completed the passenger locator form (PLF). The employee will receive a digital confirmation of submission of the form. Based on the info submitted, the Belgian government will make a risk assessment. In case the employee receives a text message from the government, he/she must strictly follow the instructions regarding quarantine and testing. If a negative corona test is required not older than 48h, it is up to the contractor employer to arrange this test. This test is mandatory before entering the territory of Belgium. Check https://diplomatie.belgium.be/en for the latest travel info.
Imec reserves the right to check whether employees entering the site have completed a PLF and whether they are in possession of a negative test certificate.
