The employee will receive a digital confirmation of submission of the form. Based on the info submitted, the Belgian government will make a risk assessment. In case the employee receives a text message from the government, he/she must strictly follow the instructions regarding quarantine and testing. If a negative corona test is required not older than 48h, it is up to the contractor employer to arrange this test. This test is mandatory before entering the territory of Belgium.
