Key description

This role of Business Implementation Specialist bridges business needs, operational execution, and cross‑functional alignment to support efficient, compliant, and scalable workflows.

  • Evaluate and Test New ICT Tool Requirements
    Analyse business needs, collaborate closely with ICT teams, and validate new features to ensure they are implemented efficiently, and with an outstanding user experience.
  • Support Change Management and Feature Roll‑outs
    Guide colleagues through new functionalities by delivering clear training, documentation, and first‑line support. Act as the go‑to contact for the BD team, helping them navigate tools confidently and effectively.
  • Monitor tool adoption and identify data‑quality gaps
    Take proactive actions to enhance user engagement and improve overall data quality through clear report visualizations.

Assignment

  • Master Business Processes and ICT Tools
    Develop deep expertise in the business processes and ICT tools used by the BD team and our customers.
  • Coordinate Cross‑Functional Alignment
    Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new procedures smoothly. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and updates related to operational or process improvements.
  • Ensure High‑Quality Releases
    Verify and validate new functionalities in close cooperation with the IT department, ensuring they align with business processes and function reliably.
  • Lead System Roll‑outs and Training
    Support the deployment of internal systems by providing clear training, guidance, and communication on new tools and features.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency
    Maintain a continuous focus on optimizing business processes and tooling to support efficient and scalable operations.
  • Act as the Go‑To Expert
    Serve as the primary contact within the BD team for all questions related to tools and operational excellence. Diagnose and resolve unexpected tool behaviors.
  • Document Processes and Changes
    Create and maintain high‑quality documentation, including process descriptions, templates, checklists, and implementation guidelines to support internal adoption and consistency

Required knowledge and skills

  • Experience in business operations and process management is a must, preferably in an innovation-driven environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics tools (CRM, customer service) and Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory in our international environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • You can adapt to changing circumstances and requirements
  • You demonstrate a positive-critical attitude towards daily operations by suggesting improvements for more efficient and effective workflows.
  • You can make decisions autonomously and prioritize and manage assigned projects.
