The assignment
In this assignment you will support the development of the venture business plan, relating all technical aspects including technical team and product development. As a CTO you'll lead ASIC design and commercial IP development Management of, internal and external, design resources Software development Planning of technical program
Required knowledge and skills
- You are an enthusiastic entrepreneurial CTO with proven hands-on experience in ASIC design, IP development to go to market.
- You have hands on experience of leading customer IC design/IP projects, testing (including developing testing software) and dealing with the semiconductor fabrication value chain.
- You possess outstanding organizational and leadership skills with proven experience in driving a talented team to reach its targets within the set timing and available budget.
- Ideally, you have experience with fundraising (from venture capitalists as well as grants).
- You are an excellent communicator and have strong public speaking skills.
- You can articulate the company strategy into a comprehensible storyline for non-experts and experts alike.
- You have been working with partners around the world; fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of French and Dutch is an advantage.
