Data & Reporting Specialist - Corporate Finance & Impact

What you will do

Role purpose

The Data & Reporting Specialist (Corporate Finance & Impact) delivers accurate corporate performance and impact reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The role turns complex financial and non‑financial data into clear dashboards, reports and insights that support decision‑making and compliance.

Key deliverables

  • Corporate KPI dashboard
  • Annual financial & integrated reporting support (government, Board and other stakeholders)
  • ESG/CSRD reporting and dashboards
  • Impact studies and stakeholder assessments

Corporate finance & performance reporting

  • Develop and maintain corporate and covenant KPI dashboards.
  • Provide reconciled data and analysis for management reporting.
  • Ensure consistency between dashboards, management reports and official figures.

ESG & CSRD reporting

  • Support CSRD‑compliant reporting (KPI definitions and calculations).
  • Build and maintain ESG dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Work with sustainability, finance, legal and operations to align data and disclosures.

Impact studies & analytical assessments

  • Support the design and delivery of impact studies (economic, catalytic and societal).
  • Ensure transparent methods and consistent assumptions across studies.
  • Analyze data to assess outcomes, trends and long‑term effects.

Data quality, governance & documentation

  • Validate, reconcile and quality‑check data across reporting domains.
  • Maintain clear documentation of sources, KPI definitions, calculations and assumptions.
  • Help establish a single, trusted source of data for finance, ESG and impact reporting.
  • Support audits, reviews and external assurance.
  • Improve reporting processes and automation where possible.

Reporting tools & dashboards

  • Gather business requirements for BI dashboards and reports.
  • Turn complex data into clear, decision‑ready vizualisations.
  • Tailor outputs to different audiences.
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting quality and efficiency.

Stakeholder interaction & support

  • Provide data‑driven input for management discussions.
  • Help teams interpret KPIs, ESG metrics and impact results.
  • Promote data transparency and evidence‑based decisions.

Who you are

Required qualifications & experience

  • Proven experience in a complex reporting environment.
  • Experience with dashboards and data analysis; exposure to ESG/CSRD and/or impact measurement is a plus.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or similar.

Required skills & competencies

  • Technical: Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau); understanding of finance KPIs; familiarity with ESG/CSRD and impact measurement.
  • Soft skills: High accuracy, structured thinking, clear communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Position in the organisation

The role sits at the intersection of Corporate Finance and the Corporate Strategy Office, supporting stakeholder reporting in collaboration with multiple corporate teams.
