Management Assistant (interim) 

The assignment

Providing proactive support to the team, director, fellow, and program manager by coordinating visits and travel arrangements, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. 

Required knowledge and skills

  • excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Accurate, methodical and systematic 
  • tech-savvy, proficient in using various tools 
  • skilled at finding solutions 
  • enthusiastic team player 
  • liaise in a constructive way with internal customers and team members

  • Work regime: parttime (50%) with daily presence in the office 

Location

  • Please note that working from home is not possible for this position, as the nature of the tasks requires you to be physically present in the office. You are expected to be on-site for half a day every working day to ensure continuity of the work.
