What you will do

You will play a key role in keeping the operations of the Health Sector running efficiently. From coordinating projects and initiatives across the department to handling essential administrative, operational, and organizational tasks, you help create structure and continuity.

You also support financial reporting activities and ensure that dashboards and internal overviews remain accurate and up to date, enabling the team to make well‑informed decisions.

You tasks and responsibilities

  • Coordinate Health Technology initiatives and departmental projects to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication between management team members and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
  • Address day‑to‑day operational issues and propose structural solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain files and documentation within SharePoint, Teams workspaces, and network folders, ensuring full compliance with security protocols.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, conferences, business lunches, business travel, project events, team activities, and other operational engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support and achieve operational objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members when needed.
  • Manage and monitor all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Provide administrative support for financial reporting and contribute to maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date dashboards.

Who you are

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, SAP, and you stay proactive in learning new digital tools.
  • You have proven experience in operations management or a similar coordinating role.
  • You bring strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • You are highly organized, manage time effectively, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when needed.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • You are hands‑on, stress‑resistant, and focused on achieving results efficiently.
  • You easily build trust, connect well with others, and communicate assertively yet diplomatically.
  • You have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Dutch is a plus.
