Project leader laboratory relocations

What you will do

As a world-renowned research center, imec is home to dozens of laboratories with diverse and continuously evolving specifications and requirements. Maximizing the efficiency of our laboratory infrastructure requires continuous attention to ensure alignment with business and project needs. As a member of the Laboratory Operations & Coordination (LOC) department, you will manage internal projects related to the relocation of laboratory equipment and activities.

Relevant aspects of the role include:

• Leading relocation projects for laboratory equipment and activities.
• Ownership of project planning, daily follow-up, coordination, and reporting.
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

Who you are

• You have a Master's or PhD degree in exact or applied sciences.
• You have several years of relevant experience in project management and excel in project planning and budgeting.
• You enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team, combining requirements gathering with stakeholder management and engagement.
• You are fluent in English; basic knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
