charge in redefining chiplet connectivity for next-generation AI, HPC, and Automotive
systems, pioneering Chip Architectures for an interconnected future.
DEAR is seeking a skilled and motivated RF
Modeling R&D Engineer to lead the compact modeling and characterization of
RF passive components, such as MIM capacitors, inductors, and interconnects within
3D interconnect technologies for advanced packaging. This role places a strong
emphasis on power delivery networks and high-speed interconnects and is closely
linked to the European Chips Activity for imec improved 300mm pilot line. This
is a unique opportunity to shape the future of high-performance packaging
technologies through advanced modeling and cross-functional innovation.
